Q: CAN I KEEP MY PHOTOS?
A: Yes, absolutely. You will receive your images via a high resolution online gallery containing all of the photographs shot on your wedding day/session and you will be granted full usage rights. This means you may do with them as you please at no additional cost. You can print them, post them to the photo-sharing websites (Facebook, Twitter, etc) and email them to family and friends. Kaitlin Noel Photography retains the copyright on all photographs

.Q: ARE THE PICTURES I RECEIVE PROOFS?
A: No. The photographs are fully edited, finished photographs, NOT unedited raw proofs directly off my camera. This is an important difference! I review and edit every photograph making minor adjustments as needed. Each image (excluding duplicates, improperly exposed images, test shots, etc) is post-processed, color-corrected and polished using the latest professional software on the market. You can expect to receive color and black & white variations of your wedding day via a high resolution gallery.

Q: WHEN DO I GET MY PHOTOS BACK?
A: You will receive your images via a high resolution digital gallery 3-4 weeks after your wedding day. (Please allow for additional time if additional photographers or coverage time is added. Also, during the months of May/June and September/October which are usually booked fully).

Q: IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO RESERVE MY WEDDING DATE?
A: Yes. A retainer of $1000.00 of the entire package total is required to hold your wedding date. The retainer amount applies toward your final contracted fee. The retainer amount is non-refundable. I can accept payment in cash, check, credit card or PayPal. (3% fee for each credit card/PayPal transaction will be applied)

Q: DO YOU TRAVEL TO WEDDINGS OUT OF STATE/COUNTRY?
A: Yes. I am available for travel worldwide. In fact, I LOVE IT!

Q: DO YOU HAVE A TRAVEL FEE?
A: There is no charge for travel within 20 miles of my office in Cape May, NJ. For weddings within 100 miles of my office, there is no travel charge. Otherwise, $100.00/hr of travel will be added onto your collection total. In regards to engagement sessions, travel is included for up to an hour from my office. Outside of an hour of travel, the $100.00/hr rate will start. I will work with you to determine the appropriate fee to cover my travel expenses in regards to destination weddings. Please contact me directly, via phone or email.

Q: WHEN IS MY FINAL PAYMENT DUE?
A: Your final payment is due two weeks prior to your wedding day. Many people choose to make multiple smaller payments in the months leading up to their wedding day. Payment plans are very popular here at KNP because it allows you to pay off your wedding little by little as opposed to paying a huge lump sum at the same time all other vendor payments are due. I can accept payment in cash, check, credit card or PayPal. (3% fee for each credit card/PayPal transaction will be applied)

. Q: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BOOK AND PAY MY RETAINER?
A: Once I receive your deposit, I will acknowledge receipt of the retainer in writing via email/Pixifi (my contract system) and officially book your date. You will also receive a bridal packet/workbook containing all your pre-wedding day homework and copies of your legal documents. Inside your folder will also be a list of recommended vendors; such as, traveling hair and make up artists, videographers, florists, DJs, etc. About one month before your wedding day, I will contact you to schedule a final consult meeting. At the meeting we will discuss, plan and review your outline of your Shot List and Time Line for the day. At the conclusion of this meeting, the final payment can be made and your photography-related responsibilities are complete and I will take care of the rest.

Q: HOW FAR IN ADVANCE ARE YOU BOOKED?
A: I am usually booked 6-12 months in advance. The months of April, May, June, August, September and October book very quickly. Weekends are reserved for weddings and Engagement/Portrait sessions are booked around weddings, Sundays, or during the work-week.

Q: IS YOUR WEDDING PACKAGE FLEXIBLE?
A: Yes. My goal is to help you find a wedding package that fits your needs and budget. I have 2 different collections as well as ala carte options. Please contact me if you have questions about our wedding photography packages/services or don't see exactly what you're looking for.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE?
A: I shoot primarily photojournalism and lifestyle photography--candid, mixed with some perfectly planned poses of course, all while moments capturing the flow of events and details of your wedding day. I also shoot in a more traditional style of wedding photography for group and portrait photos, but allow time for the more fun and active group shots. Most couples want a combination of both styles. And that is perfect. It is very easy to go from one style of shooting to the next as long as time allows. I will guide and offer creative ideas and suggestions as we plan your wedding photography and throughout your wedding day, but never be obtrusive.

Q: HOW MANY PICTURES WILL I RECEIVE?
A: This question is always so tough to answer. Every wedding package includes unlimited photographs. This means that from the time I get there to the time I leave, my team and I are shooting. The only time we aren't shooting is during dinner service. Typically each photographer generates about 80-100 photographs per/hour of coverage. (Varies in accordance to hours of coverage, number of photographers, time allotted for portraits). Q: DO YOU SHOOT BY YOURSELF, OR WITH SOMEONE ELSE? CAN WE ADD AN ADDITIONAL SHOOTER? A: Every wedding collection comes with 2 photographers. Always! Some brides and grooms love to add on a third shooter to guarantee multiple angle coverage and allow for there to be two photographers on the bride and groom at all times. The fee for a third photographer is $750 for the entire day; whether we are there for 6 hours or 10 hours.

Q: WHAT DOES AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION INCLUDE? AND WHEN IS IT BEST TO SCHEDULE OUR ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
A: Engagement portraits can be scheduled anytime in the months before your wedding. I usually recommend that they are shot 6-8 months prior to you wedding, OR shot within the same season time frame that your wedding will be the next year. Meaning, if you are an early planner and plan your wedding for October of the next year, you should aim to shoot your engagement pictures in the September or October of the previous year. I will work with you to design a session that fits your personality and desired theme/location. The session lasts for 2 hours, which allows for up to 2 locations with 10 miles of each other and 2 outfits (1 formal, 1 casual). Your session comes with an online high resolution gallery where you will be able to view, download and share all of your high resolution images..

Q: DO ALBUMS COME IN YOUR COLLECTIONS?
A: Yes. A signature 10x10 wedding album is included in the Exclusive collection I offer. The standard wedding collection, however, does not. Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS ON A WEDDING DAY? A: We will develop an alternative plan in case of rain when we meet prior to your wedding day to plan your wedding photography. It is always smart, especially if planning an outdoor wedding, to have a back up plan. Simply having a white umbrella, or colored umbrellas for your bridal party, JUST IN CASE, is an idea we can talk about in our consult together.

Q: OTHER THAN YOUR WEBSITE AND WEDDING MAGAZINE, WHERE CAN I SEE MORE OF YOUR PORTFOLIO?
A: I have a blog that I update nearly everyday. Kaitlinnoelphotographyblog.net. I am also an active member of Facebook. This is where 90% of my clients found me or were referred. Many additional samples can be sent directly to you in album format so you can see how a full wedding is shot and treated by KNP in album format.

Q: WHEN IT COMES TIME FOR A CONSULT, WHEN AND WHERE IS BEST?
A: I am sure at this point you have noticed my sincere addiction to coffee. I LOVE to treat my prospective clients to a cup of coffee or tea and talk all things wedding. I encourage you both to come, bring moms, whatever you like. My goal is to answer any and all questions you may have in regards to wedding photography. I am available by appointment during the business day, evenings or weekends. Please call or email to schedule an appointment.

INTERNATIONAL WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER!

WHY DO I SHOOT DESTINATION WEDDINGS? NEXT TO MY UNBRIDLED PASSION FOR WEDDINGS, I LOOOVE TO TRAVEL!

Maybe it's due to the breath-taking backdrops of beautiful sunsets, exotic landscapes, aqua blue coasts, white sands and fresh air, but I've noticed that destination weddings tend to attract some of the most laid back and adventurous couples. I really love how our destination couples truly enjoy their weddings, generating happy and spontaneous moments, which are captured as beautiful images of their wedding day. I also really enjoy the extra time destination weddings provide. I have the honor of spending more time with my bride and groom and their closest friends and family that joined them. After several days together, shooting, hanging out in the downtime, I always fall deeper in love with my couples... and that alone, is the best part of all.

DESTINATION

Q: HOW DO TRAVEL FEES/EXPENSES WORK?
A: I have a base package that includes everything you will need for a wedding day. If we decide to book together, we can certainly go over all of the logistics, but please note that all airfare, car rentals, accommodations are the responsibility of the couple. (Fee's vary based on how far we are traveling, how long we will be away, how many events will be photographed while we are on location). I am sensitive to budgets, so my assistant and I will travel coach and find the most cost-effective means of travel. We also hope to be able to stay at the same hotel as you so we can take advantage of your group rates and be as close to you as possible. (For detailed pricing information, please contact me!

Q: DO YOU STAY TO DOCUMENT THE ENTIRE WEDDING WEEKEND?
A: Yes, which is why we usually arrive two days before the event. We travel into the destination and rest on the first day. On the second day, we typically photograph the rehearsal dinner. This also allows us to spend time with our couples and identify their special relationships with their family and friends. We then document the ceremony and reception on the third day. And we travel back home on the fourth day. (Permitting travel schedules and permitting day after sessions are not arranged)

Q: WHAT'S THE ADVANTAGE OF BRINGING A LOCAL PHOTOGRAPHER WITH YOU?
A: Sometimes it's great to hire locally for certain vendors, such as florists, DJs, cake decorators and wedding planners. But in regards to photography, we suggest that you BYOP (Bring Your Own Photographer). It's important that couples have great chemistry and rapport with their photographer so you both can create beautiful images together. Some resorts include photography with their wedding package, but the distance and sometimes language barrier pose a huge challenge for the couple. Also, the standard of quality may not be the same as U.S. based professional photographers, such as myself and my team.

Adriane and Brett

Kaitlin’s work speaks for itself. It is breath taking and you truly feel something deep inside of you at every moment captured in her lens. This is the obvious. As a picture lover from a young age, I was obsessed with following her on social media. I was 20 years old, was still dating my childhood sweetheart and although I knew marriage was in my horizon, it was not within reach. I knew “my day” would come, and I also knew I would spend it as a KNP bride.

The more I talked about Kaitlin and her work and followed her, the obsession turned into pure admiration and love. I immediately felt connected by her spirit, drive and her dedication to others. She doesn’t just love taking pictures of people. She loves taking pictures of her family, because that is what you become. She held many qualities that reminded me of myself & details of our lives seemed to mesh more similarly then one would think for having polar opposite career lines. We were both Wildwood Crest girls. She was a mom, & since my lifelong dream was to be one some day, I loved her for it. We are both women who support then men we love, who both happen to wear a badge & a bulletproof vest. We both loved to travel and explore. The list could go on and on.

These small minor details may seem silly and irrelevant, but they really do paint the picture.

The lighting, the setting, the motion, you find in the photography is fabulous, it really is. But what you don’t get to test out until you meet Kaitlin is the confidence and specialness that she pours into you during your time with her. My then fiancé hated having his picture taken and I was a girl who was scared to death of what she was going to look like in her first set of professional photos, compared to the other girl’s who always appeared confident. When you see her couple’s smiling, laughing, looking so sure of themselves in their shoot, it is not because they know what they are doing, or because this is their comfort zone. The couple’s appear this way because Kaitlin knows what she is doing, and because she truly is the most warm hearted, genuine small business owner (which could be called large business, if you ask me), that I have ever met. Our sessions were fun, romantic and we were never so comfortable as we were then. I could never thank her enough for her talent but even more so for her love and friendship. I will cherish my precious memories of my most special day through her work for years to come. I will continue to share my incredible images and my special story as a forever KNP bride. It is one worth telling! XOXOX Adriane Lightner

I can't say enough about KNP. Working with Kaitlin from start to finish, is nothing less than a complete joy. Her love of her work oozes right through her and she made us feel like family. She was always available to answer any question at any time and had some really great ideas. She and her second shooter, Chris, really impressed our friends and family. Everyone raved about how much they loved them as people and artists. Their work is second to none. The same day slide show Kaitlin put together left me in tears. They surpassed all of our expectations. The images tell a beautiful story. I have heard from friends that wedding pictures can take months to get back, but Kaitlin is a CHAMP! We received our images two weeks after our wedding and they were fully edited. We have more than 2,000 GORGEOUS shots to pick from for our album. We can't wait to start selecting our favorites. We have already begun to receive compliments regarding our pictures. So many of our friends have said that our images belong in a magazine. That is music to any brides ears. Thanks Kaitlin and Chris for capturing such a sweet memory for us!

We were first introduced to Kaitlin Noel Photographer through a mutual friend. After seeing our friend’s engagement photos, we immediately knew that we had to find out more about this photographer. Upon meeting Kaitlin, deciding to book her for our wedding became the simplest decision we had to make throughout our wedding process. Not only did we love her work, but were instantly drawn to her amazing energy, spirit and passion for her craft. We booked Kaitlin even before we booked our wedding venue, knowing that we could not miss the opportunity to work with her!
By deciding to work with Kaitlin, we knew that we would have amazing photography, but we did not know what a crucial aspect she would become to our wedding planning. Kaitlin was there every step of the way to provide support, guidance and wisdom and to calm my wedding nerves when things were getting hectic! Kaitlin became our unofficial wedding planner and guru.
It was easy to decide to book Kaitlin simply based off her breathtaking phtotography; every photo she takes radiates with genuineness and love. However, she is so much more than just a photographer. We love Kaitlin not only for her work, but also for who she is as a person. Kaitlin is one of the friendliest and most caring people you will ever meet. From day one, she has welcomed us into her KNP family and we are so blessed to be a part of it.
We cannot thank you enough Kaitlin for everything you have done to help make our wedding the best day of our lives! Thank you for our amazing photos that we will cherish forever.

Alicia & Frank

As a destination bride I was nervous that I wouldn't find that special connection with our photographer. Our wedding date was set for a December 12th wedding in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, and all of the little details started coming together. One major problem - we weren't wow'd with any of the photography options the resort presented us with and we didn't think bringing a local photographer would fit into our budget. When we found Kaitlin we were over the moon excited while browsing her website. After our first meeting at Starbucks we knew she was the perfect person to capture all of our special moments AND have fun with us while doing it! She was there every step of the way with little tips and tricks or even just to chat; sometimes a bride just needs an unbiased opinion and she is always willing to lend an ear. By the time our wedding day arrived, Kaitlin was a part of the family. Her attention to detail put our minds at ease; even when it was pouring rain on the morning of our wedding day she helped reorganize our entire timeline and tell us where we needed to be and when. She somehow managed to capture every precious detail while making sure we were still having fun along the way! Choosing to become a part of the KNP Family was the easy part - choosing which photos out of the hundreds of beautiful images to print and display in your home is the tough part!

about

My life is a blessed life. I have the love of an amazing man named Michael, our two children Nicholas and Ryan and endless puppy kisses from our Frenchie Ellie. Next to my love for my family, I also have a burning passion for traveling. My career has allowed to me to shoot all over the globe in some of the most magical places. When I am not shooting or traveling, you can rest assured that I am at one of three following locations: A local brewery (its my husbands favorite and Im mostly there for the food...which, if it is Mexican, Im in heaven), at the beach with kids and pup, or at the nearest coffee establishment. To be frank, I have more caffeine in my body than water on any given day. My family knows me as an incurable romantic, a fierce and loyal friend and an overwhelming extrovert with more pep than a high school cheerleader. My life is never dull and for me, that is just fine.

KAITLIN'S FAVES

There is something about weddings that melt my heart, make me cry, fall in love harder, and take my breath away. I have always loved weddings, and now that I have the honor of shooting them, I feel like the luckiest girl in the world. Getting to share in my couples most intimate and priceless moments in their new lives is a dream come true. My number one goal is for my couples to feel 100% confident in me to capture every moment, even the moments they cant see, or the ones that pass them by. Your wedding day is meant to be an amazing experience from the minute you zip up the dress, to the moment the very last guest leaves. Wedding photography is a huge part of your wedding day and should be an amazing experience for you as well. It is another goal of mine to make sure your day, especially the photography portions of your day, stay on track. Are fun. Fresh. Natural. And Easy!   Your wedding day is an experience of a life -time, and that is how I want you to feel about your wedding photography as well. An all around experience of a life-time that you will look back on and cherish forever.

KAITLIN'S PHILOSOPHY

1. FAMILY
There is nothing more important to me than family. Before the KNP Wedding family was formed, the Hebert family stole my heart and soul. They are my purpose. They ground me. Push me and remind me everyday.... GOD is present in our lives! I am a blessed woman.

2. ELLIE
My French bulldog gives an unconditional love that I am thankful for everyday. She love me on my worst and best days. Never runs out of kisses and LOVEs to cuddle. On winter nights, this is the best! She is named after one of my favorite movies, Legally Blonde. My Elle Woods...frenchie style.

3. CHARLESTON- I was born in Virginia, raised in Maryland and now living in New Jersey. But my soul...that lives in Charleston. Hubby and I will be retiring there and my dream is to plan and style luxury weddings! The Spanish Moss, the shrimp and gritz and Rainbow Row are just a few of my favorite parts of my future home....but the history keeps me on the edge of my seat!

4. FIXER UPPER
I am not sure there enough words in the English dictionary to cover my obsession of Fixer Upper on HGTV and most importantly the Gaines family. I pray everyday that they will want to adopt my 30 year old self. My entire brand new home is FILLED with items from their store in Waco, Texas called Magnolia Market. I even have a guest bedroom suite named after them.

5. SUCCULENTS
How can you not LOVE succulents? They are the coolest looking plants/flowers and for someone like me who does not have a green thumb, these low maintenance beauties take my breath away. Fun fact, I have them all over the house.

6. SEQUIN/ROSE GOLD
You will find sequin, sparkles, gold and rose gold in my closet, home and on my person at any given point in the day. Sparkle will always be my favorite color. Sequin my favorite texture. Rose gold my favorite metal. And gold anything is my love language!

7. MOSCOW MULES- I can’t help but drool a bit every time I hear the words Moscow Mule. I love them with EXTRA lime and extra cold. I add mint leaves and raspberries to spruce it up as well! However, it MUST be served in a copper mug!

8. MEXICAN- Its simply the best food on the planet, hands down. Fresh guac...tacos...I mean come on!

9. DRAMATIC FLORALS- on wedding day...I am a detail girl. I CAN’T HELP IT...I gravitate to gorgeous details and dramatic bouquets. Whether they are cascading, dripping in satin sash...the bigger and bushier the bouquet, the happier I am!

10. TJ MAXX/HOME GOODS- I can promise you that I should own stock in this company. Most people would say the same about Starbucks and I would have to agree there as well. But when staging my home, I would visit and shop at TJ maxx/Homegoods 4-5 days a week stalking truck deliveries. Also, about 50-80% of my wardrobe is from there! SHHH, don’t tell my husband!
